I currently serve as a Director at Verakada, where I lead the People Strategy and Operations team. My role encompasses managing key aspects of the People function, including talent strategy, people technology and systems, people analytics, business partnerships, international expansion, and enhancing employee experience and engagement. Before joining Verkada, I was an Expert/ Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Co. where I worked with companies across industries, leading initiatives to transform the way organizations work. I had experience in managing large-scale org transformations and strengthening people and business performance through enhanced data and analytics capability, talent systems, and culture. I also held various product and analytics roles at VMware and Dell.
