As Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) of Hitachi Digital, Amee is responsible for driving global HR strategies and leading all people-related functions focusing on attracting and retaining a diverse global population of employees who are learning, growing and thriving in an environment where they can do their best work. This includes talent attraction and acquisition, talent development and learning, employee experience and culture, communications, total rewards, HR operations and technology.Amee joined Hitachi Vantara in July 2022. During her tenure as CHRO, she increased the organization’s focus on employee experience; shifted the focus from talent development to talent enablement; invested in diversity, equity and inclusion programs and initiatives; and transformed the way the company considered and discussed employee compensation and benefits.Prior to joining Hitachi, Amee served as Chief People Officer at Brightcove, Inc. where she was responsible for leading their global HR organization as well as building and driving a business-focused, data-driven HR strategy during a period of growth and rapid change. Before Brightcove, she was the CHRO for Global Partners LP and held leadership roles with Enel Green Power North America, Digitas and Travelex Global Business Payments. Amee holds a bachelor’s degree in Sociology from University of Massachusetts Amherst.
