As a results-driven HR leader, Sahana has demonstrated success in leading cultural transformation and process improvement as organizations grew organically or through mergers and acquisitions. She champions integrative approaches geared towards operationalizing vision and behaviors that show up in the daily operating model. As Head of HR for Citi Global Wealth Technology and Engineering & Architecture Practices across Personal Banking & Wealth Management Technology for Citigroup, Sahana focuses on all aspects of human capital excellence, including strategic talent management, managerial and organizational capability, and culture. Leveraging business and organizational understanding, she also ensures that optimal operating model and structure are in place.

Sahana holds a Bachelor’s degree in Applied Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering from India, a Masters in Human Resource Management from Rutgers University, and a SHRM-SCP certification.
