Mr. Gupta is the Business Management Senior Director at Boston Consulting Group. In this role, he leads the Business Services Team and drive overall operations strategy for the group in addition to being on the North American Business Leadership Team. His responsibilities include all the operational functions – Human Resources, Recruiting, Staffing, Career Development, L&D, Finance, Office Experience, etc.
Prior to joining BCG, Nikhil served in similar operational leadership roles within the consulting industry, most recently with Booz Allen where he led their Commercial division. Nikhil holds an MBA from the University of Rochester, a Certificate in Executive Leadership from Cornell University (Johnson School of Management), an executive leadership program from Harvard Business School and a Certificate in Executive Presence and Influence from the University of Pennsylvania (Wharton School of Business)
In his free time, Nikhil enjoys traveling, woodworking, Scotch tasting, and enjoying time with family.
