Chelsey Griggs is Atlas’ Chief Strategy and Risk Officer. Leading the company’s growth agenda is her primary focus while supporting compliance across 160+ countries. Chelsey has more than 25 years of experience in leading business transformation initiatives as a senior executive and management consultant. For more than a decade, she has focused primarily on Human Capital Management (HCM), where she has led corporate development, commercial sales and marketing, emerging technology, risk and compliance teams distributed across the world. Notably, Chelsey held several senior vice president roles across M&A, technology and risk at HR software provider Ceridian, where she led acquisition integration across the globe and supported the company’s successful IPO and launch into the FinTech space with the introduction of the Dayforce Wallet. As an Atlas executive, Chelsey sponsors the ESG and Women’s Communities in support of corporate environmental stewardship and diversity initiatives across the globe. She engages as a volunteer and leader in humanitarian relief efforts through the American Red Cross, where she has held a Board of Directors seat since 2018.
