Kelly is the Director of HR Technology and People Analytics at Pilot Company. Pilot is a growth company focused on innovative solutions across retail, energy and logistics operations, and the largest operator of travel centers in North America with more than 750 locations and 29,000 Team Members through US and Canada (made up of brands such as Pilot, Flying J, One9, etc.). The HRT and PA function strives to enable automation, self-service, and data-driven decision-making across the business, including support for Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, Inclusion/Diversity/Equity, and Total Rewards. Kelly has a passion for utilizing data, technology and streamlined processes to drive cultural transformation and enhanced employee experiences throughout the employee life-cycle. Kelly has been at Pilot for over five years and previously worked at various companies in a variety of roles including HR Systems, Strategic Workforce Planning, Compensation, and Talent Acquisition.
