Rachelle Peeler is the Senior Vice President, Human Resources for Protective Life. Her role is to develop and implement HR business plans, support leaders in executing their business strategies, and fostering a diverse workplace that enables all employees to contribute at their full potential. Ms. Peeler joined Protective in December 2007. She has served as a Director on the board of Protective Property & Casualty Insurance Company. She serves as Board member and HR Committee Chair for The YMCA of Greater Birmingham and has served as a member of the Junior Service Community Organization. Ms. Peeler earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Sociology with an emphasis in Employment Relations from Southern Illinois University.
