Matthew Hamilton is the VP of People Analytics & HRIS at Protective Life. Matthew has worked in HR technology and people analytics for the past 8 years, and is a two-time founding people analytics leader. Prior to financial services, Matthew worked in project management in commercial aerospace manufacturing and served for seven years as an officer and Apache helicopter pilot in the US Army. He holds a bachelor’s in mechanical engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point, an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management, and a master’s in systems engineering from the MIT School of Engineering.
