Where is the UNLEASH America venue?
Caesars Forum is the newest state of the art convention center located in Paradise, Nevada, east of the Las Vegas Strip.

Important Note: The conference center is NOT at Caesars Palace or The Forum Shops side of the strip.
How can I book accommodation?
For qualifying ticket holders, UNLEASH will cover up to two nights’ hotel stay (April 25th & 26th only), with all reservations, subject to review by UNLEASH. Should you have any questions regarding hotel reservation policies, please contact the hotel directly at 1-800-CAESARS (1-800-223-7277). We are pleased that you will be joining us and look forward to seeing you in Las Vegas.
Rates are only guaranteed until 3/31/2023 or until UNLEASH’s room block is full. UNLEASH takes no responsibility for rate increases, including upgrades, or rooms booked after 3/31/2023, or after the room block is full.
The complimentary offer and booking portal are intended for use by qualifying HR Buyer / Analyst / Investor / Speaker ticket holders only, and must not be shared with any third parties. UNLEASH reserves the right to cancel or modify your hotel reservation at any time if it is determined that you do not meet the eligibility criteria to receive the two complimentary nights (April 25th and 26th).

Where can I find all the show information?
Our Award Winning UNLEASH Events Mobile App will instantly connects thousands of attendees with all programming, and a marketplace listing of all attending vendors, advisory firms, analysts, investors and startups!
Access to all the contents, meeting scheduler, calendars, vendor profile and attendees is all on the UNLEASH Events App which can be found on the AppStore under UNLEASH EVENTS. Once downloaded you can use again at future shows.
What can I expect at UNLEASH America 2023?

How to network at UNLEASH events
A central feature of UNLEASH, networking at the exhibition is one of the most versatile ways our partners engage with the show, from small breakfast meetings to large scale parties.
There are two main entrances/traffic flows:
Ground Floor Entrance which has access to all transport.
Entrance between Forum Ballroom to Pre-Function Two to the main stage outside.
You can also set up meetings and networking opportunities via our UNLEASH event app. More information will be released about this nearer the time.
Can I share my UNLEASH America ticket with a co-worker?
No, unfortunately we do not allow delegates to share or transfer their tickets. Your co-worker will need to apply for their own ticket.
Are any meals included with my UNLEASH America ticket?
Yes, lunch is included for all ticket types and will be served on the show floor on both of the event days.
Will my information be shared amongst third party users?
Our Customer Success team provide end-to-end management of partnerships including invaluable on-site support. Our local team of experts can organize onsite visits in person throughout the year or via video calls should the need arise.
We are connected to hard-to-reach, hard to impress delegates and can help ensure your message engages directly with them.
What are A La Carte sponsorships?

Is there an UNLEASH America party?
YES. hireEZ are sponsoring the Kickoff Party at 6 pm on April 25.
Our event sponsors all host dinners and parties across the city pre-event. The main client hospitality and entertainment event is the NIGHT SUMMIT which will take place on the Forum and Summit Plaza at the foot of the Highroller on April 26. A listing will be found in the Award Winning UNLEASH Events App.
How do we get involved in the content program?
Some elements of the official UNLEASH content programme carry the opportunity for partners. Sessions like HR Tech & Transformation, Recruitment & Talent, Learning & Skills, etc. have become key features of the conference agenda, providing high level editorial excellence coupled with incredible brand awareness for our partners.
What is UNLEASH's Outboarding policy?
As owner and producer of UNLEASH America and UNLEASH World, UNLEASH Group LTD works diligently to protect our exhibitors’ commitment and investment in the trade show and the industry by taking a firm stance against outboarding.
Is there a digital experience for UNLEASH America?
Beyond the live interaction of meeting delegates and engaging in the festival programme, we also provide some digital partnership opportunities which really enhance the overall delegate experience. This includes the Award Winning UNLEASH app, UNLEASH Media and bespoke digital activations such as the Digital Pass.
What is the Digital Pass?
UNLEASH’s Digital Pass is a new way for you and your team to get even more value out of UNLEASH events. Access hours of specially digitised presentation content, brand-new reports, exclusive interviews and more. This is currently only available for UNLEASH World events.
Will UNLEASH America 2023 content be live streamed?
No, at this point in time we do not offer live streaming to our UNLEASH America sessions and main stage speakers.
Will there be an app for UNLEASH America?
Yes, there is an app which you can download straight to your phone. This will include the full UNLEASH America agenda, with speaker and session profiles. You’ll also have the ability to connect with people and setup networking opportunities with other delegates and sponsors.
