We prohibit harassment in any form and uphold the highest standards of professionalism at the event. Participants include attendees, speakers, sponsors, exhibitors, volunteers, and staff.
Inappropriate language or imagery, including sexually explicit content, is not allowed at the conference or in presentations. Harassment may consist of offensive verbal comments, displaying sexual images in public spaces, deliberate intimidation, stalking, following, unauthorized photography or recording, sustained disruption of talks or other events, inappropriate physical contact, and unwelcome sexual advances.
Participants who engage in harassment or are asked to cease any harassing behaviour must comply immediately.

These rules apply to all event venues and event-related social activities.
