UNLEASH America is committed to fostering a positive, inclusive experience for all participants, regardless of gender, gender identity and expression, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, age, or religion. We prohibit harassment in any form and uphold the highest standards of professionalism at the event. Participants include attendees, speakers, sponsors, exhibitors, volunteers, and staff.

Inappropriate language or imagery, including sexually explicit content, is not allowed at the conference or in presentations. Harassment may consist of offensive verbal comments, displaying sexual images in public spaces, deliberate intimidation, stalking, following, unauthorized photography or recording, sustained disruption of talks or other events, inappropriate physical contact, and unwelcome sexual advances.

Participants who engage in harassment or are asked to cease any harassing behaviour must comply immediately.

Event organizers reserve the right to take necessary actions to maintain a welcoming environment, which may include warning the offender or expelling them from the conference without refund. Organizers may also address any disruptions or hostile environments caused by participants.

These rules apply to all event venues and event-related social activities.

If you experience harassment, witness someone else being harassed, or have other concerns, report it immediately to a member of the UNLEASH America Management Team, a volunteer, or the conference contacts listed below. Management Team members and volunteers can be identified by their name badges.

Our team is ready to assist with contacting venue security, local law enforcement, local support services, providing escorts, or helping you feel safe throughout the event.
