Gabrielle Durand joined John Deere twenty-five years ago when the company acquired NavCom Technology, Inc. in Torrance, California. In her current role as EWM Manager, Gabrielle oversees the Global External Workforce Management program within Deere’s Talent Acquisition and DEI department. She has also worked as Product Owner for a global Employee Central (SaaS HRIS) implementation; Module Owner/Process Lead for several SuccessFactors modules; Strategic Workforce Management Program Manager; HR Integration Manager for new acquisitions; and in various HR Operations assignments.Gabrielle’s educational background includes a B.A. in International Studies, an M.A. in Italian, a C.Phil. in Italian Literature, and an M.S. in Personal Financial Planning. She maintains PHR, SHRM-CP, Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS), and Project Management Professional (PMP) designations.She is based in Ashburn, Virginia.
