Melissa Huntley is a passionate Talent Management executive with a track record of improving organizational performance, capability, and diversity in large growth companies. She recently joined Visa as VP, Global Head of Talent Management to ensure Visa has the leadership and skills needed for the future. She is currently transforming performance, development, and succession practices, and standing up a new enterprise-wide skills strategy. Melissa is focused on ensuring Visa remains one of the world’s leading employers in payments and technology. Prior to joining Visa, Melissa served as the Global Head of Talent Management at Salesforce and led the Talent & Leadership integration workstream following Salesforce’s acquisition of Tableau. She also led the Global Talent Practices team and served as an HR Business Partner at Nike. Melissa has spent her career building credibility as a deep expert in the Talent Management space, while taking on broader employee experience roles and challenges. She currently lives in Atlanta, GA with her family.
