I’m a physicist, an artist, and a poet. I help data scientists build solutions based on principles of ethical AI that will be used to solve the most important technological problems. I believe that AI/ML does its best work when it’s amplifying human creativity and promoting human connections. As both an artist and a scientist I’m most at home when I’m leading blended teams that are striving to turn a creative vision into a tangible product.My experience includes running global cross-functional teams. I activate and motivate my teams to understand the needs of their customers and to innovate towards those needs. With every assignment, I operate with a singular focus on creating value for our customers and our business. As a professional storyteller, I find the narrative that inspires enthusiasm for our strategy and roadmap.
