Gabriela Samel is a psychologist and a passionate HR leader for more than 2 decades. She is originally from São Paulo, but has lived and worked for the past 20 years in Berkeley, London, Barcelona, Nassau, and Cancun. Gabriela has developed her career within the Tourism & Hospitality industry leading and transforming the Human Resources department in companies such as Melia Hotels International, AMResorts (now Hyatt All Inclusive Collection) and RCD Hotels (Hard Rock, Nobu and UNICO Hotels). She has also worked at L’Oréal corporate office in Rio de Janeiro.
