Annie Rihn is an accomplished Talent Acquisition leader with over two decades of experience, currently serving as Founding Community Member, Voray. Previously, VP of Talent and Inclusion, Diversity and Purpose at Discord where she led a team of exceptional Talent Advisors, built team infrastructure/capabilities and set a clear vision and strategy for the team going forward all while continuing a consistent approach to a differentiated candidate experience that showcased the Discord mission and brand. Additionally, Annie helped lead Inclusion, Diversity and Purpose strategy and efforts, uniting teams to strengthen commitment and practices driving a better, more inclusive experience for candidates, customers and employees while bringing the magic of Discord to more people worldwide. During her time at Discord, she also served as the interim VP, People, overseeing the full People and Talent function of 70+ employees including People Operations/Analytics, People Partners & Total Rewards.
