Corina Lam brings extensive experience in leadership across both corporate and entrepreneurial domains. She is the Global Leader of Solutions Providers for HR Tech Vendor Services, System Integrators, and Partnerships at Mercer (Marsh McLennan).With a deep passion for problem-solving, building something new, and seeing it through with fast and thoughtful execution, Corina is an expert in creating new channels and growth opportunities. She believes in building deep relationships with HR technology communities, enabling close working relationships to develop a mutual vision and strategy to drive success.Previously, she was the Global Vice President of Partnerships & Channels at Workhuman and Head of Global Strategic Alliances at SAP SuccessFactors. She was also the Chief of Staff for the Global Partner Operations organization at SAP, where she created the vision and strategy for more than 18,000 SAP global partners. She has served in other executive-level roles, leading the board-sponsored initiatives for the CEO.Corina is also a Board of Trustees member and Chair of the Board of Governors at Drexel University. With a huge passion for giving back to her alma mater, she focuses on helping Drexel University build the alumni community of over 180,000 people and help current students engage with alumni to help advise their career and personal path for a brighter and stronger future.She resides in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, with her husband, two young children, and a husky shepherd. She enjoys traveling the world with her family and searching for delicious local street food and good wine.
