Paul Martin is Senior Director of Technology Alliances at Firstup – the first intelligent employee communication platform. Paul has spent his entire 15 year career building and scaling transformative, growth-oriented strategic partnerships and alliances for a wide range of HR-focused SaaS companies. Paul developed Namely’s HCM partnership strategy from the ground up, built Vestwell’s first strategic partnerships in the HR space, grew enterprise alliances for ServiceNow’s employee workflows business unit, and today leads technology alliances for Firstup. Paul is originally from New York but lives in Philadelphia with his wife and soon-to-be daughter arriving in June of 2024.
