Throughout his career, he has been responsible for the overall vision, strategy and the evolution of the talent acquisition function for multiple organizations. Working with senior leaders in the financial services and insurance industries, Chet has developed leading-edge talent strategies to attract top talent from traditional, diverse, and emerging talent segments. Chet, his husband, Ben and their three children currently reside in Boston, Massachusetts.
