Adam has always gravitated towards technology, building new/improving existing functions and driving transformation & growth at scale. His 20+ year career began in third party staffing and later transitioned into an HR practitioner where he helped build and lead internal Talent Acquisition functions for large global and mid-cap enterprises across multiple industries. During his HR practitioner days, he was also responsible for HR technology vendor and contract management. Since joining SAP 10 years ago, Adam started as Senior Customer Success Partner at SAP SuccessFactors where he managed global enterprise customers in the Aerospace & Defense, Healthcare, Nuclear & Utilities, Manufacturing, Retail, Pro Sports, Rail Logistics, Financial Services and CPG industries; focusing on strategic account management, product adoption, customer retention and account growth. In his current role for the last 5 years, Adam leads the global software partner channel for SAP SuccessFactors where he is responsible for the LOB’s software partner strategy, operations, go-to-market, demand generation, business development, field enablement and advising software partners on how to best achieve mutual success for the customer, partner and SAP.Based in Charlotte, NC, Adam holds a B.S. in Marketing Management from Virginia Tech and is Lean Enterprise Certified from the University of Tennessee.
