Ryan Stene is a seasoned global recruitment leader with over 18+ years across all facets of Talent Acquisition. Ryan is currently VP of Strategic Initiatives on the Global Talent Attraction and Engagement team at Wells Fargo, where he is responsible for shaping the go-to-market strategy for attracting the world’s best talent and developing the best candidate experience.Prior to joining Wells Fargo, he held leadership positions at Crocs, Thomson Reuters, and Best Buy – building out their entire Operations function and led key Recruitment programs across campus, onboarding, sourcing, tools, technology, and other key areas. Ryan brings deep experience and an unwavering passion for attracting talent, building relationships, driving innovation, developing others, and unlocking possibilities through technology. Ryan started his career on the vendor side with job distribution provider, Arbita; the leading job board (back then) Monster.com; and rounding out his experience with recruitment marketing agency, The Arland Group. These experiences give Ryan a well-rounded experience in developing a best-in-class recruitment strategy.Ryan spends his spare time investing in his community and coaches football at Lakeville South High School.
