Recognized as a thought leader across multiple subjects including AI in HR, DE&I, and the future of work, his insights have influenced the industry through numerous publications and advisory roles.Prior to joining Joveo, Dalal served as Managing Director in Accenture’s Technology and Innovation group. During his time with the organization, he held multiple roles including Accenture Oracle Business Group Lead for AI in HR, achieving significant strategic and operational milestones during his tenure. Previously, he led strategy for Oracle’s HCM Cloud HCM Applications across the EMEA and Asia Pacific region.
