Rebecca Port is a human resources leader experienced in working with executives to build and deliver transformative people strategies. Currently, Chief People Officer leading the People Team at 10x Genomics, whose mission is to master biology to advance human health. Prior to 10x Genomics, Rebecca was VP of HR at Netflix. Has worked in 6 different industries, and lived in the UK, India, Singapore and USA. Driven by solving problems, influencing the whole system & building deep collaborative relationships. Rebecca aims to help organizations attract the best talent and create an environment where employees can thrive. A Chartered Occupational Psychologist (British Psychological Society), with a degree, Masters and PhD in Psychology. Rebecca has won a series of awards including Top Talent Officers Award, by the National Diversity Council; Advocate of the year award, by Women in Finance; Women Leadership Achievement Award, from the World Women Leadership Congress and Shortlisted for Management Today’s 35 under 35.
