Rebecca Pearce is the chief people officer at Autodesk, a global leader in design and make software. With a dynamic team under her leadership, she drives all aspects of the company’s people and places strategy, including learning and organizational development, talent acquisition, real estate, workplace services, travel, safety and security, employee relations, diversity and belonging, and company culture.
Rebecca has played a critical role in transforming the employee experience for Autodesk’s more than 11,500 employees around the globe, from building innovative talent strategies to guiding Flex Forward, the company’s hybrid-first workplace program. Prior to Autodesk, she worked in various senior HR leadership positions at global technology companies, including Dyson and Microsoft.
