Celine Raffray is currently Vice President, Global Talent Acquisition at Bristol-Myers Squibb, a global biopharmaceutical company that focuses on discovering, developing, and delivering innovative medicines to help patients prevail over serious diseases. Over the last 25+ years, Celine has worked in large life science and pharma companies, such as Novartis and Merck KGaA in several European countries and in the USA. She has held various Human Resources or Talent Acquisition leadership positions, managing large global organizations. She has been focusing on supporting the business through major transformations and large mergers and acquisitions, seeking to create the best experience for employees and leaders and ultimately for the patients that her companies are serving. She is passionate by leadership and people’s development, inclusion and diversity and is always looking for innovative solutions, encouraging people to be their authentic self. Celine holds a Master Degree in Human Resources and Business Administration from Rennes University in France. When not traveling and discovering North America’s Natural Parks with her family and 2 rescued dogs, she is as well a member of a few Talent Acquisition and Human Resources networks and is volunteering to a local animal shelter with her kids.
