Wendy Mayer is Vice President, Candidate Experience at Pfizer managing employer branding, recruiting, early talent, and onboarding across Pfizer globally. Since joining Pfizer in 1997, Wendy has had various roles across the organization including: Strategy, Market Access Innovation, Enterprise Innovation, Connecticut Sales Leadership, Clinical Trial Process Improvement, and Market Analytics. Wendy co-led NYHQ PWR, the women’s colleague resource group for 8 years. Prior to Pfizer, Wendy was at Deloitte & Touche Consulting, and did an administrative fellowship at Northwestern Memorial Hospital in Chicago. Wendy holds a bachelor’s degree and MBA from Cornell University.
