Crystal also worked as a Talent Acquisition Manager and Recruiter at 4R Restaurant Group. Crystal further gained experience as a Hospitality Recruiter at Goodwin Hospitality, where they managed full cycle recruiting processes and implemented employment marketing strategies. Additionally, they served as the Managing Partner at Restaurant Orsay and as a Wine Consultant at Opici Wines. Crystal has a strong background in human resources, talent acquisition, and management roles.
