UNLEASH Events App

Currently the UNLEASH America 2023 experience is live. If you didn’t register/attend UNLEASH America 2023, then you can still access the app by purchasing a Digital Pass.

For UNLEASH America 2024, you can download the UNLEASH Events mobile app, though you won’t be able to see or interact with the event until it is live at the beginning of 2024. So long as you’ve registered for the event, you’ll receive an automatic invitation email to remind you when access is available.

We’ve prepared a short video how-to to show you how to get the best out the mobile app whilst you’re onsite.

Getting the most out of your participation at UNLEASH America has just become a lot easier. Whether you’re planning your visit in advance or exhibiting at the show, our official app makes it easy for you to organize your time and do business.

• View the agenda and favorite the sessions you want to attend
• Get live notifications on what’s on
• Explore our sponsors and exhibitors
• Access the floorplan
• Search and find new connections to network with
• Send and receive meeting requests
• Scan business cards, and take notes on the new connections you meet
• Participate in live sessions with polls and questions
• And much more!

There are two ways to book a meeting with a Sponsor:

1. Book a meeting with one of the members of the company, by finding the individual under “Attendees”
2. Book a meeting with the company directly by clicking “Sponsors” to see the list of sponsors, then choosing your preferred sponsor, and clicking an available meeting slot under “book a meeting”

All meeting requests will come through as notifications on your mobile device, and can also be found underneath the bell icon within the app. By clicking on a notification you can accept or reject connection and meeting requests.

Underneath My Profile, there are many tools to help maximize your profiles visibility:

• Add a profile photo
• Add a short biography
• Add your social media details
• Check your details are up to date
• Set your meeting availability

The UNLEASH America App is available for download, and is live for 2023. The 2024 app is not yet live, so you will not be able to see/interact with the event. If you’ve registered for the event, you’ll receive an automatic invitation email when it’s available.

Troubleshooting

If you can’t log in to our event app, first check that you are registered for the event. This is often the reason why you are unable to log in to the app.

Secondly, check that the e-mail you are using is the one you registered to the event with.
