Jyoti Chopra is the Chief People, Inclusion and Sustainability Officer for MGM Resorts International, based in Las Vegas. In this role, she leads all human resource functions including employee relations, executive compensation and total rewards, operations, learning and development, talent management, and diversity, equity, and inclusion. Additionally, she holds responsibilities for social impact, philanthropy and sustainability and serves as liaison to the MGM Board of Directors’ Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and Human Capital & Compensation Committees.Prior to her role at MGM Resorts, Jyoti served as Senior Vice President and Global Leader for Diversity and Inclusion, HR Transformation and Operations at Pearson Plc., Managing Director for Global Citizenship and Sustainability at BNY Mellon, Global Leader for communications and public relations at Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu Limited, and Managing Director of communications for global banking at Merrill Lynch. She began her career at the United Nations as a media consultant who covered human development and issues affecting women and children.She is currently a Director on the Diversity Advisory Board for Toyota, member of the Executive Council of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), serves on the Board of Directors and the Compensation Committee for Schneider National, and is a Diversity and Inclusion Advisor to Spencer Stuart.Jyoti was born and raised in London, England. Dr. Lindsey Zuloaga is the Chief Data Scientist at HireVue, managing a team that builds and validates machine learning algorithms to predict job-related outcomes. As an academic researcher with a Ph.D. in Applied Physics, she has performed novel experiments and data analysis, resulting in scientific publications with applications in medicine, sensing, and signal processing. Lindsey started her data science career in the healthcare space, striving to improve the lives of people with chronic health conditions. At HireVue, she is working to completely transform traditional interviewing with a platform that focuses on understanding more of the candidate as a whole person, including interview responses, coding abilities, and cognitive skills as opposed to just the facts shown on a resume. Lindsey received her Ph.D. in applied physics from Rice University.

Jon Stross is President and Co-founder of Greenhouse, the hiring operating system for people first companies. Jon drives the vision and strategy of the Greenhouse product, and works closely with customers in their journey to move up the Hiring Maturity curve. Jon’s experience building and running global teams has propelled Greenhouse’s international expansion into EMEA. Jon’s roots in Product go back more than 25 years. At BabyCenter, he led and championed what became the leading site for new and expecting parents. (Jon admits that at the time he had never even changed a baby’s diaper before!) As General Manager of International at BabyCenter.com, Jon steered its growth from a US business with a small UK site, to a global business reaching tens of millions of unique visitors per month. Jon was also a member of the founding team at Merced Systems, an enterprise performance management software company. Jon, like Daniel, graduated from the University of Michigan with a degree in Political Science (unlike Daniel). Jon lives in New York with his wife and daughter. In his free time, you can find him doing whatever his daughter tells him to do.
