Nadine Jones serves as Senior Vice President of people and culture for the Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority. In her role, Ms. Jones is responsible for the strategic direction, management and oversight of the people and culture elements of the LVCVA including Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, Culture, Compensation, Diversity & Inclusion, Performance Management, and Labor Relations.

Prior to joining the LVCVA, Ms. Jones was the Chief Human Resources Officer at the Clark County School District where she oversaw talent acquisition, compensation, employee and management relations, performance management and diversity and inclusion efforts. Prior to that, she held various roles in the hospitality and gaming industry progressing in both operations and human resources functions at Marriott International and MGM Resorts International.

Ms. Jones brings an extensive Human Resources and Operations background to the LVCVA where her focus and contributions were on meeting or exceeding organizational goals and objectives by building a culture of service, performance, and accountability through the effective management of people.

Originally from Toronto, Ontario in Canada, Ms. Jones holds a degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management from Ryerson Polytechnic University and a Masters of Tourism Administration from George Washington University. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with family.
