Gia DeMichele, Ph.D, is a Senior People Scientist at Culture Amp supporting customers in North America. In previous roles, Gia worked as a Division Director for a healthcare company to create a culture of high reliability that put safety first. Gia received her Ph.D. and M.A. in Positive Organizational Psychology from Claremont Graduate University in California. She received her B.S. in Psychology from Davidson College in North Carolina.
