Austin is part of the SkyHive solution team and manages engagements around all three of SkyHive’s products (Enterprise, Platform as a Service, and Skills Passport Ecosystem). Austin entered the HR tech industry with Workday and held multiple roles there across his 9-year tenure. Austin has also held roles at ADP and HiBob, before joining SkyHIve to help organizations understand how to best tackle their skill transformations and to do so at scale.
