Paul joined ServiceNow in September 2021 and leads the HR operations strategy – including HR transformation, Employee Relations, HR technology, People insights and more – for its rapidly growing global workforce of 18,000 employees.
In partnership with ServiceNow’s HR Centers of Excellence, Global Business Partners and IT, Paul leads a united operations and insights team focused on talent related processes, workflow optimization, data analytics and employee-facing Now on Now platform and technology solutions. The goal of this team is to continue to optimize existing tools and technology and invest in processes that will deliver improved experience and productivity for ServiceNow employees across the globe.
Prior to joining ServiceNow, Paul held a variety of HR leadership roles in several multi-national companies. He spent 11 years at GE where, in his most recent role, he led the global people operations function and was responsible for delivering the full breadth of HR shared services including, payroll and benefits administration, pension administration, global mobility and immigration services, fleet management, corporate card, travel and expense management, and analytics and insights.
Paul has extensive multi-national experience, having lived and worked in China, Japan, Singapore, UK, The Netherlands and Australia. He currently resides in San Francisco.
