Before Eightfold, Xabier held product marketing, regional, and enterprise marketing roles at Drift, Google Cloud, Salesforce, and other technology companies in a 22-year career, spanning consulting, pre-sales, and marketing.
Born and raised in the US, Xabier spent 19 years working in Madrid and London, gaining a unique appreciation for international business. A recent transplant to the San Francisco Bay Area, he is passionate about technology, communication, design, and growing and nurturing successful teams. Xabier holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Harvard University and an Executive MBA from IESE Business School.
