Kyle serves Hogan Assessments’ European distributors and their clients
as regional director. He supports organizations by providing business
development strategies to integrate personality insights into talent
selection and talent development programs and initiatives.
Prior to joining Hogan, Kyle served as senior territory manager for Smith &
Nephew, a leading global pharmaceutical corporation. During his 20+ year
career as a business development leader, Kyle has worked with clients
ranging from Fortune 500 companies, major league sports franchises,
Hollywood movie and television studios, tech start-ups, manufacturing
organizations, and foodservice companies. His work has spanned a
number of business development and organizational development roles,
with a specialty in optimizing performance of plateaued business units.
