Margarita Echeverria has 20 years’ experience in helping organisations and teams to improve business performance through behavioural change. She is a multilingual speaker with extensive experience working internationally in fast-paced organisations in talent development and talent acquisition, leading the delivery of leadership and people development programmes, talent management practices and talent assessment initiatives. With experiences gained at Vodafone, Telefonica, Pearson Education, Canon and TomTom and most recently at the LEGO Group, where she leads the global senior leadership and emerging talent development strategy.
Margarita has a background in Organizational Psychology and is a certified Psychometrics practitioner from the British Psychological Society. She is also certified in HR Analytics from Cornell University and has a Master’s in education and Learning Technologies. She is passionate about using assessments and data to drive people transformation as well as transforming organizational culture.
