Passionate about Human Capital Management, Florian specialized in the management and development of HRIS products. After several years in a large international HRIS environment, he created his HRTech startup to monitor employee experience and improve HR analytics. After 4 years of intensive development and growth, the company was sold in 2020 to a leading French HR consultancy. Today, In 2022, Florian joined Cegid as Director of Product Strategy and currently leads the Cegid Data Lab program at Station F.
