Franck has over 20 years’ experience in the field of HR Consulting. Franck is leading the Workforce Transformation activity (+80 employees) within the Human Capital department (+250 employees) at Deloitte in France.
He specializes in advising Corporates (Large Caps, Mid Caps, Small Caps, Starts Up and Family Businesses) on a wide range of global HR projects : talent management, learning, leadership (including individual/collective assessment), retribution programs, executive reward, future of work and skills changes,. He also participates in many M&A projects (Buy/Sell side) and he is often interviewed by French medias to comment HR trends.
