As of October 17th, 2022, Vincent Lecerf has been appointed Group Chief People Officer.
Vincent Lecerf is a graduate of EDHEC business school and holds a post-graduate degree in organizational sociology from Paris IX Dauphine.
Prior to joining the Group, Vincent Lecerf was since January 2017 Director of Human Resources at Imerys, a major French group in the minerals and materials industry.
Previously he was Human Resources Director and member of the Management Board of Tarkett for nine years.
He has also held various HR management positions for the Valeo, Poclain Hydraulics, Rhodia and Norbert Dentressangle groups.
