Daniela serves as the Global Director of People & Culture, overseeing global people operations, strategy, employee development, and corporate culture. She has a strong track record, having established a Corporate Academy, implemented HRIS, systems, reporting, and processes globally.
Her expertise lies in global HR with a focus on change, transformation, employer branding, and M&A. Daniela has successfully executed global projects, established in-house academies, and enhanced HR processes to elevate companies to top employer status. She holds HR leadership responsibility, reporting directly to CEOs and boards.
With international experience at organizations like Ernst & Young and Johnson & Johnson, Daniela has worked extensively with diverse teams and intensively with US management. She brings 20 years of living and working abroad in China, Hungary, Mexico, Spain, and the UK, with multilingual proficiency.
Daniela’s educational background includes an MSc in Psychology and an International MBA from IE Madrid, Spain. She currently resides in Frankfurt, Germany, continuing to contribute her expertise to global HR and corporate culture endeavors.
