Belinda then moved to the corporate world being an In-House Recruiter for GE Healthcare. After becoming the SME for the Recruiting processes, running enablement training for the business and Recruiters, Belinda found she had an interest in the operational side. After ending on a high, fulfilling some high profile reqs, she decided to “retire” from active recruiting and took up her interest in the operational side in GE, then to Citrix and now with Avanade. Belinda finds success in utilizing her personal experiences and stories to enable and encourage others, whilst keeping them safe and compliant through the use of processes and technology.
