Andrew Saidy is a Human Resources, Talent, and Digital Transformation executive with more than 15 years of experience with publicly traded multinationals and International Organizations.
Andrew has a proven track record in leading HR Organizations and has held various roles in Talent Acquisition & Management, Executive Coaching, HR Business Partnering, Employer Branding, and Learning & Development. He is currently the Global VP of Talent at Ubisoft, a world leader in the video gaming industry. Before his role at Ubisoft, Andrew led Schneider Electric’s ambitious Talent Digitization agenda, bringing digitization, AI and Machine Learning to Schneider’s HR ecosystem covering the company’s 145,000 employees.
Andrew has received various accolades and recognition, including being nominated as one of the Top HR Tech Influencer and winning Stevie Awards for HR Executive and HR Tech Professional.
Besides his corporate role, Andrew serves on the advisory board of various HR tech startups and global HR conferences/networks, in addition to being the executive sponsor for some of Ubisoft’s social initiatives and ERGs.
