Maud Alvarez-Pereyre joined the LVMH Group in 2004 working as HR Manager for LVMH Perfumes and Cosmetics in London. In 2007, she joined Moët Hennessy where she held four different positions as an operational HR leader or initiating strategic leadership changes. She then moved to Pink Shirtmaker as Global HR Director in July 2017. In April 2020, she became SVP, Human Resources Beauty Division leading the move to the new organization model and culture. In April 2023, Maud was appointed Chief People & Transformation Officer, LVMH Group. She is a graduate of Sciences Po Paris and Westminster University.
