Laura is a dynamic, collaborative and results-orientated human resources professional with 10+ years of progressive leadership experience and expertise in luxury, crossing industries between the hospitality and beauty industries. Her career started in 2010 at the Four Seasons where she opened the flagship property of the brand. In 2014, Laura joined Fairmont Raffles Hotels as Manager, Human Resources, Americas with a focus on supporting the properties in the region to drive operational success. In 2018, Laura moved to the Accor Head Office and held various positions including Director, Talent Acquisition and Vice President, Global Talent Acquisition, and Talent Management. In these roles, she created the vision and delivered best-in-class programs to attract and select, develop, and retain talent. In 2022, Laura began her role as Global Head of Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding with Parfums Christian Dior (part of LVMH Group). She is dedicated to positioning the brand as an iconic and irresistible employer to attract and recruit the best-qualified candidates while delivering the candidate and employee promise.
