Matthew Hanwell has over 25 years of experience in people-centric information technology in high-tech industries, where he has been responsible for developing and implementing HR systems and technology, cloud-based services, analytics, new ways of working with a focus on community, collaboration and social media. Matthew is currently Head of HR Technology at Tietoevry, responsible for the development and support of a portfolio of global HR systems. He has held similar roles in multiple organizations and spent 15 years at Nokia developing the global HR system capabilities including HR analytics. Matthew has been a speaker and panelist at international events and conferences and co-authored the book: The Workplace Community – Palgrave Macmillan.
