Anabel Fall was appointed Chief People Officer of the Zühlke Group and a member of the Zühlke Group Executive Board in September 2022.
In her previous role at Zurich Insurance Group, Anabel was responsible for large-scale group-wide HR transformation projects. This included the development of a new career and compensation framework to support the future of work and to develop more sustainable careers, the introduction of a group-wide performance and development cycle and a refresh of the employee incentive structure.
Starting in 2000, Anabel spent the first 15 years of her career at McKinsey and Company, where she first worked as a consultant across many industries, primarily supporting growth and innovation projects. In 2006, she worked on the design of a company-wide people strategy, including developing Partner trainings, in 2008, she took on the role of Director of Sustainability (and Corporate Social Responsibility) and in 2010 moved from Munich to Dubai to become Head of People for the Middle East Office of McKinsey.
In 2015, she took on the role as the Group Head of Talent Management at Majid Al Futtaim in the United Arab Emirates, where she developed and implemented a new approach to Talent and Performance Management. She also led People Analytics and the digitization of the function.
Anabel is a French-German citizen, who studied at The London School of Economics and Political Science. She is a mother of two teenage boys – Ben and Aram.
