Gretchen has seen firsthand the evolution of HR across global businesses, as she spent 15 years leading the development of Oracle’s HCM Cloud applications, now one of the most widely used HR software systems in the world. Gretchen started her career as an HR practitioner with Business Partner and Organization Development roles at large and small companies including Icarian, Silicon Graphics, Ford Motor Company and National Semiconductor.
Gretchen holds an MBA from the University of Michigan and and an undergraduate degree in American Studies from Stanford University.
