Jeroen Bos is an experienced HR IT professional with an academic background in Strategic Human Resource Management and more than 16 years of experience in IT development. Jeroen played an active role in the IT transformation journey that the HR department of ABN AMRO undertook the last 10 years. First as an IT project lead during the implementation of the SuccessFactors Talent modules, nowadays as the Product Owner of the SuccessFactors platform within ABN AMRO.
