Julie Harrison designs happier, smarter HR. As Manager HR Process Innovation at Lumen, she leads cross functional teams that turn complex process maps into practical, people first solutions—pairing Kaizen and Lean rigor with a storyteller’s knack for making change feel simple. Her current work spans the Eightfold TM & TA program (think: an AI “guidance counselor” for every career journey) and Ingentis Org Manager for better org design, testing, and adoption; she thrives at the intersection of technology, governance, and employee experience. Before Lumen, Julie built and led a global HR process management team at TE Connectivity and at The Hershey Company, she reimagined onboarding and new hire experiences, rolled out talent technologies across regions, and helped create “sweet moments” that stuck. Julie is certified in BRM, Kaizen Facilitation, and Lean Six Sigma, and speaks frequently about practical innovation: how HR can use data, design, and narrative to unlock adoption (and smiles).
