Mike Glatz has served a variety of roles (sales, global business development, product management, and channel management) in the technology space for over 25 years. As the Principal Channel Account Manager for Workday VNDLY, Mike manages strategic partnerships with Workday VNDLY Managed Service Providers, Services Partners, and Innovation Partners. He focuses on channel partner education/enablement on the Workday VNDLY VMS, field sales collaboration, and go to market activities.
Mike has been with Workday for almost 10 years and spent his first 7 years on the Software Alliances team. He’s managed a couple of partnerships that turned into Workday acquisitions (Scout RFP in ’19 and VNDLY in ’21). Mike joined the Workday VNDLY team in early 2022 to support the development of its new Channel Management team. Given his experience in managing ISV partnerships, Mike oversees all of Workday VNDLY’s Innovation partnerships in that area. The primary objective for Innovation partnerships is the development of API-based integrations between Workday VNDLY and ISV solutions used/being considered by joint customers. These integrations provided a streamlined, automated exchange of data between customers’ most valued solutions/tools which helps drive efficiency and value of those solutions.
