With over 30 years blending a career of Operations and Workforce Development, Rob Randall currently serves as the Director of Field Service Excellence for the NCR Voyix Corporation specifically supporting global field services operations via Field Services Training, Global Technical Support, Operational Skills and Capability Management, Field Performance Rewards Programs, Vehicle Fleet Operations, Process Complaince and Health and Safety. This is in direct support of over 10,000 Global Field Services Team members in roles ranging from Field Service Technicians, Customer Service Agents, Service Planners/Dispatchers and Field Services Management Teams. By embracing data and technology, NCR Voyix is able to demonstrate to both our customers and the business the value that we bring to market through employee enablement and workforce development efforts.
Prior to NCR Voyix, Rob served as the Senior Director of Technical Training and Operational Skills for GE Power Field Services (Granite Services and FieldCore Business Units), seeing consistent improvements in training efficiency and performance outcomes through improvements in Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost. Additionally, he designed and implemented the first Skills Management Framework directly tied to dispatch operational excellence. Other professional experience includes 27 years in the United States Navy – starting as an enlisted Machinist and ultimately being selected for a commission as a Naval Engineering Officer in direct support of Naval Engineering Operations, Repair and Training for virtually all classes of Navy Ships and Submarines, as well as a joint tour at the European Command Headquarters supporting a Human Resources role within the Inspector Generals Office.
Rob is passionate about linking organizational development with performance through the use of technology enablers, He has had significant success and experience designing, delivering and measuring programs that support business needs, driving continuous improvement, and connect digital systems that deliver favorable employee outcomes – all of which are consistently demonstrated favorably in the balance sheet.
